SDCC Exclusives MOTUC, DC Infinite and Universe

by Jon

Mattel’s San Diego Comic Con Exclusives for Masters of the Universe, DC Infinite Heroes and DC Universe Classics were shown on one of the episodes of Attack of the Show. In the video, the interviewer, Blair Butler, talks with Mattel’s Scott Neitlich, who spilled out all he could.

Masters of the Universe Classics: Skeletor and Mo-Larr
Skeletor and Mo-Larr 2-pack. A brief explanation behind Mo-Larr and how he showed up in one of Robot Chicken’s episodes. Skeletor in this set is missing a tooth just like in the episode.

Masters of the Universe Classics: Orko and Prince Adam
This package comes with Orko and Prince Adam as the “accessory”, funny… and when you dip Orko into hot water he turns transparent. His spellbook also has a cool effect, when, again, dipped in hot water, it doesn’t turn transparent but shows the San Diego Comic Con logo, pretty neat.

DC Universe Classics Plastic Man
Plastic Man has plastic limbs which you can change against his other version, the SDCC exclusive Plastic Man as a suitcase.

DC Infinite Heroes Starro and Justice League
Starro is an old school DC villain that was never quite created like this before, and it’s pretty big, check the evil blue star when Blair is holding him in her hand. There will also be 5 Silver Age Justice League action figures in a smaller scale consisting of Aquaman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman. There is also a mini-Starro version which you can place in each of JLA’s heads.

The video also shows some WWE and Avatar figures, and some nice Mego style Ghostbusters. By the way check some of the other Mego style action figures by Bif Bang Pow.
